If your mobile device is not syncing with your work account, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
Step 2: Restart Your Device
A simple restart can refresh your system and resolve temporary issues.
Step 3: Verify Account Credentials
Ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
If you recently changed your password, update it in the email settings.
Step 4: Check Sync Settings
For Android:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Work Account.
Ensure Sync is enabled.
Tap Sync Now to manually trigger a sync.
For iPhone/iPad:
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Select your work account and check if Mail, Contacts, and Calendar Sync are enabled.
Step 5: Remove and Re-Add the Account
For Android:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Work Account.
Tap Remove Account and restart your phone.
Re-add the account and test syncing.
For iPhone/iPad:
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Select your work account and tap Delete Account.

For iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and ensure it is enabled for the email app.
For Android: Go to Settings > Apps > [Email App] > Battery and ensure the app is not restricted.
Step 9: Check Storage Availability
If your device is low on storage, syncing may fail.
Free up space by deleting unused apps and files.
